360 REC FFL reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the website or through the mobile application (App). Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

● App Notifications: Users may receive notifications through the mobile application regarding modifications to the Terms.

2.2. Acceptance or Refusal of Modified Terms
Upon the implementation of revised Terms and Conditions, users' continued use of the services, including accessing the website or using the App, will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. Should users disagree with the modifications made to the Terms, they must refrain from using the services and deactivate their account(s).

360 REC FFL reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the services for users who do not agree to abide by the updated Terms and Conditions.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Users are prohibited from engaging in misuse, which includes but is not limited to:
● Multi Accounting: Creating multiple accounts for a single user.
● Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use their account.

If violations of the registration terms are identified:
● Warning: Initial notification and warning about the violation.
● Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access.
● Account Termination: Permanent closure of the account.

4.4. Account Responsibility

● They must promptly report any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

4.5. Compliance Obligation
● Users must adhere to all registration requirements and terms outlined in this document.

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR FANTASY SPORTS CONTESTS

5.1. Age and Location Requirements: ● To participate in the Fantasy Sports Contests provided by 360 REC FFL , users must be of legal age in their respective jurisdiction.
● Individuals under the legal age are not eligible to engage in the contests offered by the platform.
● Additionally, users must ensure compliance with the laws and regulations governing online gaming and gambling in their location of access.

5.2. Verification Procedures
● 360 REC FFL reserve the right to verify the eligibility of users participating in Fantasy Sports Contests.
● Users may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to age verification, location, and any other necessary documentation to establish eligibility.
● The platform retains the authority to request additional information or documentation for the verification process at its discretion.
● Users acknowledge and agree to cooperate with the verification procedures outlined by the platform.

5.3. Compliance Responsibility
● Users are solely responsible for ensuring their eligibility to participate in Fantasy Sports Contests as per the specified age and location requirements.
● 360 REC FFL shall not be held liable for any breach of eligibility requirements by users.

5.4. Termination of Ineligible Accounts
● In the event that a user is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the verification procedures, 360 REC FFL and 360 Recruitment Limited reserve the right to terminate such accounts or restrict access to Fantasy Sports Contests.

5.5. Dispute Resolution
● Disputes arising concerning eligibility or verification shall be addressed by 360 REC FFL in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

5.6. Prizes
● Each Participant can only win one (1) prize in the Game. Should players enter multiple teams and win more than one prize, the highest prize only shall be awarded, and the other Team(s) entries shall be disregarded.
● No interest will be paid on any prize. Prizes may not be transferred, 360 Rec FFL at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability. Prizes pictured in Game materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary from the pictured prize.
● None of our prizes are transferable.
● 360 Rec FFL will notify prize winners via email to the email address they provided as part of the registration process at the end of the Competition Period. 360 Rec FFL shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible or fail to claim the Prizes within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the award notification was sent, the Prizes may be forfeited and alternative winners selected by 360 Rec FFL.
● The winner of the First Prize can select either £500 cash or £5,000 off a Permanent Hire;
i, should the winner choose the £500 cash, it will be presented in the form of a cheque made payable solely to the person named during User Registration;
ii, should the winner choose the £5,000 off a permanent Hire, the following conditions shall apply: a, the Prize will take the form of a Credit Note, applied to an invoice generated as a result of a Placement made between the company name (as per company name inserted during the User Registration) & 360 Recruitment Limited, b, the invoice must have been generated as a result of a placement made at a minimum fee of 15% and minimum salary of £40,000 per annum in accordance with the terms and conditions that are located here, c, the invoice must be generated within 181 days of the end of the Euro 2024 tournament.
● Each Unique email address used will be entered into an overall prize draw and one winner shall be drawn at random to win a Spot Prize, 360 REC FFL will notify the winner of the Spot Prize via email using the email address they provided as part of the registration process.

5.7. No Refund
● All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. If there is a conflict as to who submitted an input, it will be assumed to have been made by the User whose name the account was initially registered by registered by.

6.2.RightsReservation
● While committed to offering an exceptional user experience, 360 REC FFL reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at their discretion. This reservation includes but is not limited to adjustments in contest formats, rule amendments, or changes in offered sports categories.
● The platforms may introduce new features, contests, or functionalities to enhance user engagement and experience. Conversely, there might be circumstances necessitating the temporary suspension or permanent discontinuation of specific services or features, which will be executed at the sole discretion of the platform administrators.
● We strive to maintain transparency and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations through appropriate channels available, such as website announcements, mobile app notifications, or via email.

7. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
